宋熙年產子後感衝擊大 慶幸有老公在身邊！

「我而家唔似相中人！」

而家正喺度坐緊月嘅Sarah，今日（13/9)喺IG發文，直言一直都知道「為母之路」唔易行。 懷孕只係一個開始，不過佢覺得好幸運，由懷孕到生產都好順利。不過產後呢幾個星期，對佢自己嚟講就好有挑戰性，因為可能身形樣貌都仲未回復（佢話：我現時唔似相中人）。為餵母乳都做好不眠嘅準備，但係之前冇人同佢講過，產後嘅腫脹、出汗、憂鬱等等嘅情況係會咁嚴重，加上傷口又未復原，又熱（可能因為坐月唔吹得等，所以要著長袖衫！）一切一切一都將佢昔日嘅魅力打倒！但係係乜嘢令佢覺得呢一切都係值得？ 就係當佢抱住BB嘅同時，老公一樣都抱住佢！ 講咗咁耐，原來都係放閃㗎！

Always knew that motherhood wasn’t going to be a walk in the park. Pregnancy was just the beginning, and I was lucky that everything was rather smooth sailing. These first few weeks postpartum are definitely challenging (I currently DO NOT look anything like the photo) … I was prepared for sleepless nights and the perseverance needed for breastfeeding, but no one properly mentioned that postpartum swelling and sweating, baby blues, raging hormones, c section wound recovery and confinement in summer (a whole month where you sit on your butt at home to recover and you are told to wear long sleeve PJs…) was all gonna hit you at once… definitely FAR from glamorous! … AND what makes this all worthwhile? 新手爸爸覺得好充實

Jason日前出席活動時，個樣都明顯好攰，佢話BB而家兩個星期大，試過幫BB沖涼，雖然自己都幾驚，但係對BB嘅喊聲都冇厭倦感覺。而家出親去做嘢都會好掛住BB，放工唔係返屋企，就係去買BB嘢，日常生活已經離唔開BB，好充實！

8月31號，陳智燊宋熙年同時更新IG，原來佢哋嘅愛情結晶「Boss baby」，已經出世喇！Sarah PO咗一張Jason抱住BB嘅相，慈父相表露無遺！

新手爸爸Jason在訪問中表示，心情好興奮。上個星期老婆仲係大住肚，BB而家出咗世，成件事唔知點去消化，覺得好得意、好神奇！而佢亦都有陪老婆入產房，過程好順利！

BB尚未改名

報導指，Jason仲喺醫生傍住之下，幫囝囝剪臍帶！佢話當時好似剪綵咁，醫生仲叫佢影咗相先！剪完BB仔冇事，佢自己都冇嚇親。Jason覺得BB瞓覺個樣好甜，好似媽咪，不過朋友就個個話BB 似爸爸。
