合掌瓜薯仔合桃紅腰豆湯
合掌瓜 1斤
馬鈴薯 12両
紅腰豆 3 両
合桃肉 2両
蜜棗 2 粒
陳皮 1角
Ingredients:
600 g chayote
450 g potato
113 g red kidney beans
75 g walnut flesh
2 candied dates
1/4 dried tangerine peel
做法:
1. 陳皮用水浸軟,刮去內瓤。
2. 紅腰豆、合桃肉及蜜棗洗淨,隔去水分。
3. 合掌瓜去皮,開邊、去核,洗淨,切大塊。
4. 馬鈴薯去皮,洗淨,切塊。
5. 煲滾清水12杯,放入全部材料,用大火煲20分鐘,轉小火煲1 1/2小時,下鹽調味即成。
Method :
1.Soak dried tangerine peel until soft. Scrape off the pith.
2. Rinse red kidney beans, walnut and candied dates. Drain.
3. Peel chayote. Cut into halves and remove the core. Rinse and cutinto large pieces.
4.Peel potato. Rinse and cut into pieces.
5. Bring 12 cups of water to boil. Put in all ingredients and boil overhigh heat for 20 minutes. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 1/2hours. Season with salt. Serve.
