炸雲吞酥脆香口,令人不禁一口接一口!但沒有包雲吞的手藝?不如試試以下炸雲吞免包版本,6個步驟即成,餡料一樣爽口彈牙!
Ingredients:
Wonton Wrap 8pcs
Shelled Shrimp 80g
Water Chestnut 40g
Red Carrot 40g
Bean Mix 40g
Shredded Zucchini ,Lettuce, Red Carrot q.s. (for garnish)
炸雲吞餡料調味料:
鹽 少許
糖 少許
胡椒粉 少許
麻油 少許
生粉 1茶匙
Seasoning:
Salt Little
Sugar Little
White Pepper Little
Sesame Oil Little
炸雲吞做法:
1. 蝦仁洗淨,馬蹄切粒。
2. 將2片雲吞皮放在兩個蛋撻模中間。
3. 用慢火將雲吞皮炸至金黃色,放於碟中備用。
4. 蝦仁、馬蹄和紅蘿蔔粒、雜豆用調味料拌勻後炒熟。
5. 將餡料放在炸雲吞皮上。
6. 再以青瓜絲、生菜絲和紅蘿蔔絲伴碟,即成。
Steps :
1. Wash the Shrimp and chop the Water Chestnut.
2. Put 2 Wonton Wrap in Egg Tart Molds.
3. Deep fry the Wonton Wrap slowly until golden yellow and put on plate.
4. Season the Shrimp, Water Chestnut, Red Carrot & Bean Mix then sauté until cooked.
