蝦子翠玉瓜炒魚片 家常菜清雪櫃之選

翠玉瓜炒魚片材料:(2人分)
炸魚片 120克
翠玉瓜 1個
蒜頭(切片) 2粒
姜茸 1茶匙
蝦子 1茶匙
紹酒 2茶匙
調味料:
蚝油 1湯茶匙
生抽 2茶匙
砂糖 半茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
麻油 少許
Ingredients:(2 servings)
Fish ball slice 120g
Zucchini 1pc
Sliced garlic 2pcs
Mashed ginger 1tsp
Dried shrimp roe 1tsp
Shaoxing wine 2tsp
Seasoning:
Oyster sauce 1tbsp
Light soy sauce 2tsp
翠玉瓜炒魚片做法:
1. 炸魚片切幼條,翠玉瓜切成小塊備用。
2. 蝦子放炒镬中以中小火略烘炒備用。
3. 将調味料放於小碗中拌勻。
4. 炒镬中放入2茶匙食油,以中小火略炒姜茸及蒜片。
5. 加入翠玉瓜轉中高火略炒,加入魚片後再灒紹酒炒勻。
6. 加入調味料快手拌勻,最後灑上蝦子即成。
Steps :
1. Cut fish ball slice into thin pieces nad zucchini into bite size pieces.
2. Briefly fry dried shrimp roe. Put it aside.
3. Mix all seasoning in a small bowl.
4. Add 2 tbsp of oil into wok, fry ginger and garlic with low/medium heat.
5. Add zucchini and fry with medium/high heat, then add fish ball slice and Shaoxing wine, mix them well.
6. Put in the mixed seasoning and stir fry quickly. Dress with dried shrimp roe and serve.
