香草焗中蝦

香草焗中蝦用上混合香草包含多種香料,如羅勒、百里香、迷迭香等,香氣撩人,於大型超級市場及香料專賣店有售!
材料:
新鮮中蝦 半斤
混合香草 3茶匙
Ingredients:
300 g fresh prawns
3 tsps mixed herbs
醃料:
黑胡椒碎 1茶匙
鹽 1/3茶匙
Marinade:
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1/3 tsp salt
做法:
1. 中蝦剪去蝦鬚及蝦腳,挑腸,洗淨,抹乾水分。
2. 中蝦與醃料拌勻,排在已墊錫紙的焗盤內,灑上混合香草,放入預熱焗爐,用180℃上下火焗約15分鐘至熟透。
Method :
1. Remove the tentacles and legs of the prawns. Devein, rinseand wipe them dry.
2. Mix the prawns with the marinade. Arrange on a bakingtray placed with aluminum foil. Sprinkle the mixed herbs ontop. Put in a preheated oven. Bake with both upper andlower heat at 180℃for about 15 minutes until fully done.
